Sulake staff are monitoring Habbos around the clock. Therefor they need special tools and software. Moderators are able to access their tools in-client where they can solve several issues directly. Since July 2009 when the Flash version arrived the Moderation Tool (also known as «MOD Tool» or «The Tool») changed a lot. Whole new functions are available to use for staff and Mods.
PS YOU can use the MOD tool too. Just type into your packet logger the script «HS{1}» and you should be able to see the appearing window.
