In 2004 a new handbook for moderators has been released by Sulake. The documents shows alot of interesting things such as tools, benefits and a guide on how to access the so called Hobbanet. Still many of the mentioned facts are still used today. The essential point of this handbook is the combat of scam sites, retro hotels and "scripters".
